Steelers Lawrence Timmons Fined for Sanchez Hit
Fine is the First Imposed on Steelers This Year
Lawrence Timmons was imposed a $21,000 fine for his hit on Jets QG Mark Sanchez. While most fines have seemed to be directed at Steelers 
James Harrison and Ryan Clark in the past, it is apparant that if someone leads with the head.
“What can you do? I was just playing ball,” Timmons told Joe Starkey of 93.7 The Fan, via ProFootballTalk.com. “I lowered my target like you’re supposed to do. I can’t help it if he slides or falls. It’s a tough spot to be in.”
